In 2011 the country was coming out of the Great Recession. But much of the country was gun shy and scared to move forward. They had entrenched themselves and put people in charge that embraced fiscal conservatism to the extreme. As a result, celebrations were limited if there were any at all. Many rejected the Grinch like environment and wanted to rejoice in hope. This is a story about a town that embraced hope against the tyranny of fear.
